Privacy notice
Your privacy matters to me. This notice explains what I collect through this website and what I do with it, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What I collect
When you send an enquiry, I receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the service you’re asking about and your message.
Why I collect it
I use it only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange the class, consult, meet-up or course you’ve asked about.
How it’s handled
Your enquiry is sent straight to my email inbox. The website doesn’t keep a copy, and I never sell or share your details with anyone else. The email delivery service (Resend) passes the message on but doesn’t use it for anything else.
Please don’t include detailed medical information in the form. We can talk about that privately.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time what information I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it. Email thebabychapter@outlook.com or call 065 796 1110.
If you’re unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can contact the Information Regulator.
